OUR WORKING PROCESS
For the best experience and thorough understanding of our customers’ needs, we normally offer following 6 steps.
Step 1: Customers' Product Inquiry & Clarification
Please send us your inquiry by clicking this step to fill in the form.
After receiving the inquiry, we will contact you via the provided Gmail/WhatsApp/Wechat/Zalo to clarify and confirm your needs.
Step 2: providing Preliminary price quotation
A preliminary quotation is the first element to know whether our standards and costs meet your target price.
Step 3: Making, Delivering the sample & Remaking
We support our customers with one free sample; however, a deposit is required for the express fee. Door-to-door delivery is used for sending the sample.
Nothing can be finished once. We are pleased to remake the sample based on your feedback. The express fee for the next delivery is required.
Step 4: payment & Shipping term
After customers' approval of the design, we will discuss and finalize the Payment & Shipping term:
- Payment: T/T or L/C
- Shipping: EXW, FOB, CIF, or DAP
Step 5: Bulk production & QC
Once everything is cleared and the contract is signed, we start mass production under our strict QC procedures and deliver the shipment. AQL 2.5 is applied for final inspections.
