HOW WE WORK

From first message to shipped container, six clearly-defined steps.

You’ll know what happens next and when it happens. Typical cycle, from approved sample to shipment-ready goods, runs 30 – 45 business days.

Step 1: Inquiry & Scoping

You tell us what you need. We confirm feasibility and flag anything that could affect cost or timeline (~ 1 business day)

Step 2: Quote & Fabric option

A detailed quote with fabric choices, construction notes, and itemized pricing. Not a single black box number (2-3 business days)

Step 3: Sample

Based on you ideas, size chart or tech pack to make sample. Revisions until you approve (10-15 business days)

Step 4: Sample Approval

We do not proceed to bulk production without your written sample approval (2-3 business days)

Step 5: Production & QC

Fabric sourced, goods cut and sewn, inspected at AQL 4. Photo updates at key milestones (25-35 business days)

Step 6: Delivery

FOB HCMC as standard. CIF available on request, and DDP case-by-case . Full documentation included (On schedule)

Three things go wrong in garment sourcing often enough that buyers stop being surprised. We built our process around each of them.

The sample was approved. The production came back different

Most suppliers treat sampling and production as two separate jobs. We don’t. Every spec approved at sample becomes the locked production document. Deviations get caught before shipping, not after.

I paid the deposit. Then I heard nothing for six weeks.

After the deposit clears, most suppliers go quiet. We send milestone updates at each stage without being asked: fabric confirmed, cutting started, sewing complete, QC passed. You always know where your order is.

Something arrived wrong. The supplier said it was my specs.

Accountability collapses when nothing is documented. We put every decision in writing: brief, sample sign-off, production spec, QC photos. When something goes wrong, we trace it together.
