CORE CATEGORY
WHAT WE MAKE
Polo shirts and T-shirts are our core categories
A retail polo, a daily uniform and a promotional T-shirt do not need the same fabric or construction. Tell us how the garment will be worn, branded and used, and we can work through the fabric, fit, construction and decoration before sampling.

WHEN HARVION MAKES SENSE
When you want Vietnam production without managing every factory step yourself
Harvion is most useful when your team has an apparel product to produce, but does not want to handle every part of the local execution directly. You keep control of the product. Harvion takes on the local execution.
What your team decides:
- Product specification
- Sample approval
- Quantity
- Commercial priorities
What Harvion manages in Vietnam:
- Factory follow-up
- Sample checking
- Production monitoring
- Inline and final QC
- Issue resolution
- Shipment preparation
HOW WE WORK
From first message to shipment, six clear steps
Each stage has a clear job, from reviewing the product to sample approval, bulk production, QC and shipment preparation.
Step 1: Inquiry & Review
Share your product specification, estimated quantity and any reference material. Harvion reviews feasibility and clarifies details that could affect construction, costing or timing.
Step 2: Clarification & Costing
Once the product details are clear enough, Harvion prepares costing and confirms the production basis. Fabric, decoration, testing and customization are reviewed against the specific product and order.
Step 3: Sample
The factory produces the sample to the agreed brief, and Harvion checks it before sending it for your approval. Typical standard samples take around 10–15 business days including delivery, depending on the product and destination.
Step 4: Sample Approval
Bulk production begins only after the sample and key product specifications are approved in writing.
Step 5: Production & QC
Harvion follows bulk production directly with the factory, carries out inline inspection during production, and completes final inspection to AQL 4.0 before shipment.
Step 6: Shipment
After final inspection, Harvion prepares the order for shipment and works with the forwarder on the agreed delivery terms and standard shipping documents.
WHY HARVION
What changes when Harvion is managing the order
Your team still controls the product approvals and commercial decisions. Harvion works directly with the factory and takes responsibility for the local execution around them.
01
You do not have to manage the factory step by step
Harvion deals directly with the factory through sampling, production follow-up, inline inspection, final QC and shipment preparation. Your team stays involved when an approval or commercial decision is needed.
02
The approved product stays connected to bulk production
The approved sample and agreed specifications remain the reference for the production run. Harvion checks the order against them during production and again at final inspection.
03
Production issues are worked through where they happen
If an issue appears, Harvion works directly with the factory on the correction and updates you on what happened, what is being done and anything that needs your decision.

"As a first-time importer and startup brand, I wasn't familiar with certain key details, and they helped me throughout the process. They even purchased a particular brand from their home country to compare, ensuring they acquired the right material I needed.
