About Harvion
A Vietnam apparel production vendor that stays on top of the order
Harvion works with apparel buyers that want to produce in Vietnam without managing every factory step themselves. We work directly with the factory producing the order, check samples, follow bulk production, carry out QC and work through production issues before shipment.
This page explains where Harvion sits in the production process, what we handle, where buyer approval still matters, and how we approach QC and production problems.
HOW WE WORK
The factory makes the garments. Harvion stays responsible for the execution around the order
Harvion places and manages production with manufacturing partners in Vietnam. The exact production setup depends on the product and order, but Harvion remains directly involved from sampling through production follow-up, QC and shipment preparation.
BEFORE BULK
Sampling & approval
We check the sample against the agreed product details before it goes to the buyer for approval.
Bulk production does not begin until the sample and key specifications are approved.
DURING PRODUCTION
Production follow-up & inline QC
Harvion follows production progress throughout the bulk run and plans inline inspection based on the production schedule.
If an issue appears, Harvion works through the correction, remake (if needed) and updates the buyer when input or approval is needed.
BEFORE SHIPMENT
Final inspection & shipment preparation
We carry out final inspection to AQL 4.0 before shipment and check the finished order against the approved product information.
After inspection, Harvion works with the forwarder on shipment to prepare the packages and the standard documents required.
Our quality process
QC is part of the order, not a final-day add-on
Harvion checks the product at more than one point. The exact checks depend on the garment and order, while sample review, inline inspection and final inspection remain part of the standard production process.
Stage 01
Sample check
We checks the production sample against the agreed product details before it is sent for buyer approval. Any point that still needs clarification should be resolved before bulk production starts.
Stage 02
In-line
During bulk production, Harvion carries out inline inspection while there is still time to correct construction or production issues before final inspection.
Stage 03
Final inspection
Harvion carries out final inspection to AQL 4.0 before shipment. If the buyer requires an independent third-party inspection, it can be discussed as part of the order.
Inspection only matters if something is done with the result. When Harvion finds a production issue, we work through the correction with the factory and keep the buyer informed when a decision or approval is needed.
“The goal is not to pretend production has no problems.
It is to catch them early enough to do something about them.”
HOW HARVION FITS
Different buyers need Harvion for different parts of the job.
A wholesaler, brand or sourcing team can all be relevant for different reasons. What matters is whether there is a real apparel order to execute and whether your team would benefit from having someone manage the production work in Vietnam.
WHEN YOU ARE TESTING A NEW VENDOR
You want to start a trial order before committing more volume
A trial production run gives your team something concrete to evaluate: the product, communication, QC and how the order is handled when questions or problems appear.
WHEN YOUR TEAM ALREADY KNOWS SOURCING
You do not need another sourcing department
Your team may already understand the product and how offshore sourcing works. Harvion can still be useful when the missing piece is local production follow-up, QC and issue handling in Vietnam.
WHEN THE PRODUCT IS NOT FULLY SPECIFIED YET
You have enough to start, but not every detail is final
A reference garment, image, size chart or partial specification can be enough to begin the discussion. The remaining product details can be clarified before sampling and costing are treated as final.
Where we operate
Based in Vietnam. Built for overseas buyers
Our commercial and production-management work is run from Ho Chi Minh City. Harvion Company Limited is registered in Quang Tri Province.
Production is placed with manufacturing partners in Vietnam according to the specific product and order. Harvion remains the buyer-facing production vendor throughout that process.
Leadership
Founder-led, with the product kept close to the conversation
Harvion was founded by Harvey Le. His background in graphic design and business administration influences how he reads product references, visual details and early-stage briefs, while the company’s operating focus remains straightforward: turning agreed product details into production that can be managed properly in Vietnam.
“Trust is easier to judge when the information stays transparent, especially when production is not going perfectly”
That is the standard Harvion wants to be judged against.

OUR COMMITMENT
Three habits we want buyers to judge us on
These are simple operating behaviours: be clear about what is confirmed, keep important decisions traceable, and deal with production problems while there is still something useful to do about them.
Say what is confirmed
If a fabric, construction detail, timeline or capability still depends on review, we say so before it is treated as confirmed.
Keep decisions traceable
Specifications, sample approvals and important production changes are kept in writing so the order has a clear reference point during production and QC.
Raise problems with a next step
When an issue appears, Harvion works with the factory on the correction and tells the buyer what happened, what can be done and whether a decision is needed.
Next step
Have a product in mind?
Send the product specification and estimated quantity if you have them. If some details are still open, tell us what you already know.
We can clarify the production details that matter before moving into sampling or costing.
