OUR PRODUCTS
Start with the product you want to make
This is where you can look through the products Harvion currently works with and the details that matter for production, from fabric and fit to construction and decoration.
A finished tech pack is useful, but it is not the only way to begin. A reference garment, image, size chart or partial specification can also give us enough context to start looking at the product.
Where to start
Start with what you already know about the product
Some buyers arrive with a complete specification. Others have a reference and a few key decisions still open. Both can be useful starting points.
You have a specification
Send the tech pack, size chart, fabric details and estimated quantity. Harvion can use those details to assess the product, prepare for sampling and identify anything that would materially change the costing.
- Tech pack or product specification
- Size chart and fit requirements
- Fabric and decoration details
- Estimated quantity and target timing
You have a reference
A reference garment, product image, size chart or partial brief can also be enough to start. We use what is already defined to work out which product details still need a decision.
- Reference garment or product images
- Known fabric or composition
- Target fit or intended use
- Estimated quantity
What we make
Two core categories, plus selected additional tops
Polo shirts and T-shirts are Harvion’s strongest current categories. Hoodies, sweaters and knitwear, sleeveless tops and selected shirt styles are also possible, with feasibility depending more on the specific construction and available production capacity.
CORE PRODUCTS
SPECIALTY
Polo shirts
Polo programs can cover casual, uniform, sport and golf, and workwear use. Fabric, GSM, fit, collar, placket, sleeve construction and decoration can all change how the polo needs to be built.

SPECIALTY
T-shirts
T-shirt programs can cover casual, streetwear and sport-focused styles. Fit, fabric construction, GSM, neckline, sleeve and decoration all affect how the garment wears and where it fits in a range.

ADDITIONAL PRODUCTS
Hoodies
Pullover and zip-up hoodies can be reviewed in French terry or fleece constructions, with fabric weight, fit, pockets, drawcords and decoration set by the product brief.

Sweaters
Sweaters and knitwear are more construction-dependent than our core categories. Material, fabric structure, weight and finishing need to be clear enough for us to determine a workable production approach.

Tank Tops
This category can include basic tanks, singlets and selected sport styles. Fabric, fit, armhole shape and construction need to match how the garment will be worn.

Shirts
We can work on office shirts, staff and uniform shirts, and hi-vis work shirts. Fabric, fit, collar construction, pocket details, branding and intended use are the main variables that shape the specification.

DECORATION
The right finish for your artwork
Blank garments are available if decoration is handled elsewhere. Harvion can also provide screen printing, embroidery, heat transfer and DTF/PET-film transfer as part of the order. Artwork, fabric and placement determine which method is most suitable.

Screen printing
Screen printing works well for many garment graphics, from small logos to larger prints. Colour count, print area and fabric influence the print setup.

Embroidery
Embroidery suits logos and branding where a stitched finish is appropriate, particularly on polos, uniforms and heavier fabrics. Artwork may need adjustment for scale and stitch density.

Heat transfer
Transfer methods can work well for detailed or multicolour artwork and designs that do not suit traditional screen printing. Heat transfer and DTF/PET-film each give a different result depending on the artwork and fabric.
Commercial terms
The basics buyers usually ask for first
Here are the current starting points for MOQ, sampling, production timing, payment and QC.
MINIMUM ORDER
200 pieces per style
MOQ starts at 200 pcs per style. Around 500 pcs or more per style tends to make better commercial sense once production and freight are considered.
Custom color
1,500 pcs per color
For most custom-color programs, plan around 1,500 pcs per color.
SAMPLING
10–15 business days
This is the typical timing for a standard sample, including production and delivery.
BULK Lead time
30–45 business days after sample approval
From approved pre-production sample to goods ready for shipment.
STANDARD SAMPLE FEE
USD 39
Express courier is quoted separately. If the style proceeds to bulk production, the sample fee is credited in full on the production invoice.
Quality standard
AQL 4.0
Harvion carries out inline inspection during bulk production and final inspection to AQL 4.0 before shipment.

Start with the product details you already have
A product specification and estimated quantity are the most useful starting points. Reference garments, images, size charts, fabric details and target timing can fill in the rest of the picture.
