What Harvion does and how production is managed
What is Harvion?
Harvion is a Vietnam-based apparel production vendor. We help production in Viet Nam simpler to manage. Polo shirts and T-shirts are our strongest current categories, while other tops are reviewed according to the product and order.
How does your production work?
Harvion places and manages apparel production in Vietnam. We work directly on the order through sampling, production follow-up, inline QC, final inspection and shipment preparation, while the buyer remains involved in product approvals and commercial decisions.
Do you work with sourcing agents and distributors?
Yes. Harvion works with importers, wholesalers, distributors, sourcing teams and other apparel buyers that need production managed in Vietnam.
How do you keep repeat orders consistent?
The approved sample and product specifications provide the reference for a repeat order. Any changes that affect the product are reviewed before the next production run is confirmed.
02. Products & capability
Products, customization and what needs review
What products do you make?
Polo shirts and T-shirts are Harvion’s strongest current categories. We can also review sleeveless tops, hoodies, sweaters and knitwear, and hi-vis shirts, with production confirmed against the specific product and available capacity.
Do you make hi-vis garments?
We can review hi-vis shirt requirements. If the program requires a specific certification, testing standard or compliance requirement, that needs to be confirmed before production is accepted.
Do I need a complete tech pack to start?
No. A complete tech pack is useful, but a reference garment, image, size chart or partial specification can also be enough to start reviewing the product. Any missing details that affect sampling or costing need to be clarified before production is confirmed.
What decoration methods can Harvion provide?
Harvion can provide screen printing, embroidery, heat transfer and DTF/PET-film transfer. The right method comes down to the artwork, fabric, construction and quantity. A fine-line chest logo may suit embroidery, while a larger graphic could make more sense in print or transfer.
Can I order blank garments?
Yes. Harvion can produce garments without print or embroidery. Product specifications, fabric, trims, labels, packing and quantity are still confirmed against the specific order, and the standard MOQ applies.
03. MOQ, sampling & pricing
Commercial details before production
What is your MOQ?
MOQ starts at 200 pcs per style. Orders around 500 pcs or more per style can be a more practical commercial fit once production and freight are considered.
What is your MOQ for a custom color?
Custom colour MOQ is typically 1,500 pcs per colour. The exact option still needs to be reviewed against the fabric and product.
How does sampling work?
Once the product details are clear enough to sample, the sample is checked by Harvion before sending it for buyer approval. If changes are needed, they are reviewed before the order moves into bulk production. We encourage buyer to make sample before production to get the accurate price cost.
What does sampling cost?
The standard sample fee is USD 39 per sample. Express courier is quoted separately. If a sample has unusually complex requirements, the fee may be reviewed case by case. When the style proceeds to bulk production, the sample fee is credited against the production invoice.
Is the sample cost refundable?
Yes. If the sampled style proceeds to bulk production, the sample fee is credited in full against the production invoice. Express courier is quoted separately from the sample fee.
How do you price?
Costing depends on the product specification, quantity, fabric, construction, decoration, packing and agreed shipping terms. We clarify the details that materially affect production before treating the quotation as final.
04. Timeline & production
Typical timing from sampling to shipment
What is your typical production lead time?
Typical bulk production lead time is 30–45 business days from approved pre-production sample to goods ready for shipment. If the product has requirements that change the timeline, they are reviewed before production is confirmed.
How long does sampling take?
A typical standard sample takes around 10–15 business days including production and delivery. Timing can vary by product and destination, so Harvion confirms it against the specific sample request.
Can you rush an order?
Send the product, quantity and required delivery date. Harvion will review the schedule before confirming whether the timing is workable.
What's the earliest I can receive goods if I place an order today?
There is no useful single date before the product and destination are known. A typical standard sample takes around 10–15 business days including delivery, followed by a typical 30–45 business day bulk production window after sample approval. Shipping time depends on the destination and method.
05. QC & production issues
How Harvion checks the order and handles issues
How do you inspect orders?
Harvion carries out inline inspection during bulk production and final inspection to AQL 4.0 before shipment. The finished goods are checked against the approved product information. Independent third-party inspection can also be discussed if the buyer requires it.
How do you keep bulk consistent with the approved sample?
The approved sample and agreed product specifications remain the reference for bulk production. Harvion checks against that information during production and again at final inspection.
What happens if something goes wrong during production?
If an issue appears during production, Harvion works directly on the correction, assesses what it affects and updates the buyer on the proposed next step. Buyer input is requested when the solution changes an approved product or commercial decision.
What if I receive defective goods?
Tell us as soon as the issue is identified and provide the order details and supporting evidence. Harvion will review it against the approved product information and production records, determine what happened, and discuss the appropriate resolution based on the specific case.
How do you handle my designs and tech packs?
Buyer tech packs, artwork, patterns, specifications and other product information are treated as confidential and are not reused for other customers. For projects with stricter confidentiality requirements, we can also work under agreed additional terms.
Where is my order produced?
Production is carried out in Vietnam. The production setup is confirmed after Harvion reviews the product, quantity and technical requirements, while Harvion remains responsible for managing the order through sampling, production follow-up and QC.
06. Shipping & payment
Shipping documents, responsibilities and commercial terms
How is shipping arranged?
Shipping terms are agreed according to the order and destination. Harvion can work with the forwarder on shipment preparation, while the exact delivery terms are confirmed before the order proceeds.
Which countries do you export to?
Harvion reviews shipping against the destination and order requirements rather than limiting production to a fixed list of markets. If you have a specific destination, include it with your inquiry so the shipping requirements can be checked.
Who handles customs and duties?
That depends on the shipping terms agreed for the order. Before shipment, Harvion confirms what we will handle and what needs to be arranged by your side or your forwarder, including import clearance, duties and local delivery where applicable.
What documents come with my shipment?
Harvion can provide the standard shipment documents for the order, including the Commercial Invoice, Packing List, B/L or HBL, and C/O where applicable. If your program requires additional documents, discuss them before shipment.
What are your payment terms?
Our standard payment term is 50% deposit after the Proforma Invoice (PI) is confirmed, with the remaining 50% typically paid before shipment. Depending on the order and agreed terms, the balance can also be arranged against the B/L or HBL. Payment is normally in USD. T/T is standard, and L/C can also be discussed for suitable orders. Alternative payment terms can be structured differently where the order calls for it.
